We do not guarantee results with these products. If you received a damaged or otherwise unusable product container, return the damaged or unusable product for a full refund of the product price and return shipping within 30 days. 

Please do not send the damaged container back to the manufacturer. Send it to Pure Energy Rx Warehouse, 424 W. Harvey Ave., Wellington, KS 67152.

Please allow 5-10 business days for return of funds to your debit or credit card.

Should you desire to exchange the damaged product you received, or wish to have your account credited, please notify us at pureenergyrx@gmail.com, and we will arrange new accounting and invoicing.
